Today saw another section of the A470 signed off and named, The Royal Welsh Way.The section in question is the Bodysgallen Hall Hotel Stretch. I now need to work on further funding for four more road signs.
Once again Thanks to all that have assisted in this worthwhile project.
Mike is a Conwy County Councillor and represents the Marl Ward in Llandudno Junction. Mike is also Cabinet Member for Highways, Environment and Sustainability.

Cabinet Post - Conwy County Borough Council
Yesterday at full Council the Leader, Cllr Dilwyn Roberts announced that I would have the Cabinet position with responsibility for Highways and Property. Below is what I said regarding my new appointment.
"I’m taking on a new portfolio and I’m looking forward to the challenge of a new set of responsibilities. Investment in roads and infrastructure is vital to Conwy’s future prosperity and I’m determined to be involved in delivering services in an innovative way and securing quality and the best value for the people of Conwy."

Edwards Of Conwy
On a recent visit to Asda in Llandudno, I grabbed the opportunity to introduce the Deputy Prime Minister to what I believe to be some of the best produce in the UK. Edwards of Conwy produce and in paticular their Sausages!!
Nick Cleggs Verdict, he said "Gorgeous".
Ward Work
I am pleased with this piece of work carried out on my Ward. I was contacted by a resident regarding the entrance to Glan Y Mor Rd, stating how tired it looked. I asked that this area be put forward for regenerating as part of The Llandudno Junction Regeneration Programme and was supported by fellow Councillors and The Board.
The grassed area will now be maintained and feedback from residents is positive. (I'll try and find a photo from before the work was carried out and attach it later)
